Bronze - Entry Level Service
Aimed at POS systems MDS Bronze includes:
- Keeping your anti-virus & security up to date
- Installing our diagnostic software which will let us know of any issues that many need addressing before they become critical
- Providing hardware and OS support and updates
- Installing our remote software which will allow us to access your devices without having to come out to your business

Silver - User Devices (i.e. your laptop or workstation)
What you get with MDS Silver is Anti-Virus and Security taken care of, full device maintenance, technical support and email archiving.
We install our nifty software that tells us how your device is performing and lets us know if there are any issues that need attention. We also configure your device and software to suit your needs. If you purchase software at a later point, we’ll install that for you too. And if your device at some point has any issues, we’ll sort them for you – many things we can fix by remoting in to your device (with your permission of course), and if that doesn’t work, we’ll come to you. No hourly charge, no call out fee. You just pay the MDS monthly cost. The only thing it doesn’t cover is hardware replacement - for instance if a hard drive fails you would need to cover the cost of the replacement hard drive, but we would fit the replacement as part of the MDS.

Gold - Business Level Support
With MDS Gold we provide Anti-Virus and security, full device maintenance, user support, technical support, email and document archiving and up to 1TB Data Backup per user.
We install our diagnostic software that reports automatically to us if the device is having any issues, so that we can address them, often remotely (with your permission) before they become critical. If we can’t fix things remotely we’ll come to you. We don’t charge for the callout or our time. We consider it part of the MDS service. Think of it as insurance for your devices – the only thing it doesn’t cover is hardware replacement - for instance if a hard drive fails you would need to cover the cost of the replacement hard drive, but we would fit the replacement as part of the MDS.
Your critical data will be safely backed up to the cloud, so even in a worst case scenario, you’re able to keep things running with minimal disruption to your business.

Platinum - Top Tier Support Service
With MDS Platinum we take everything included in the Gold Package and integrate Microsoft Office 365 Premium to maximize your productivity.
